Our facility is equipped with high-tech milling and turning power houses: the Mazak Integrex - INTE-E420HST11, 18" x 72", Mazak Integrex i-200, 14" x 20", and the Mori Seiki Lathe NT 4250 DCG/1500SZ, 18" x 50".

Multi-Axis Machining

Our multi-axis milling and turning machines feature additional axes to reach virtually any surface of the component. The programmable milling head rotates and tilts to position the tool to be machined at the most accurate angle. This advanced five-sided machining system machines parts faster and more accurately so you receive your parts sooner and can be confident that they will serve your intended purpose. Although first developed for the aerospace industry, we use our 5-axis machines to work on parts for a variety of industries ranging from marine to food processing.

Mazak Integrex E420

The Mazak Integrex E420 of the Integrex e-Series performs. With combined CNC machining and turning capabilities, this multi-tasking machine is one of the elite in the industry. Single setup for turning, milling, boring and drilling is part of the Mazak "Done-in-One" machining concept, and is used to machine parts small and large faster than ever before. The Integrex turn-mill features a B-axis turret design with Y-Axis capability and is equipped with the unique Mazak e-Tower information center to provide our team with expert support.

Mazak Integrex i-200

The INTEGREX i-Series Multi-Tasking Center brings together extreme versatility and accuracy for midsize to large, complex components. Achieving and maintaining higher accuracies are accomplished through several design features including Mazak's unique roller cam drive for the rotating B-axis. It features scale feedback, rigidity and no backlash while reducing friction, temperature controlled turning spindles to enhance thermal stability. Mori Seiki Lathe NT 4250

Like the Integrex, the Mori Seiki NT 4250 Series also offers a fusion of turning and milling capabilities. This mill-turn center features two spindles, two turrets, and nine controlled axes. A Direct Drive Motor provides high flexibility of the B-axis, smoothing out movements, and eliminating backlash. The vast scale of this five-axis lathe encompasses advanced DMG / Mori Seiki technology, and is Driven at the Center of Gravity (DCG) for optimal vibration control.

Our 5-axis machining centers produce accurate parts. Using such advanced technology eliminates the need for our team to interact with your part between machining phases. This means that your parts will be machined inside the multi-tasking lathe, remaining untouched until complete. In addition, we also optimize our machines' capabilities to improve accuracy by offering 3+2 machining to prevent tool deflection.
